Returns & Exchanges
GENERAL POLICY
We accept free returns on exchanges and apply a handling fee on refunds, which will be deducted from the refund amount, except on items damaged upon delivery.
The handling fee depends on your location and can be viewed on the last page of the return portal before submitting the request. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
We allow exchanges for different colors of our water bottles and only sizes and lengths of our apparel (if available).

US ORDERS
To initiate a return or an exchange, please go through our Return Portal and follow the steps. Once submitted, a return label will be sent to your email, which you can use for the return. Upon receipt, a refund or exchange will be issued within the next 7 business days.
Please do not send any returns/exchanges without first initiating a request via our Return Portal. If you do not submit a return request and receive authorization before sending your return, we will need to refuse the package, and it will be returned to the sender.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently only accept refunds for all international orders. The refunded amount will only include the total item price, excluding the shipping fee. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
To return an international order, please mail your package using the carrier of your choice to the address below and email the tracking number to our customer service at [email protected] to track the return. Once received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within the next 7 business days.

GIFT ORDER EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges on gift orders within the 30-day period. For water bottles, we accept exchanges in colors, and sizes or lengths of the same item on apparel.
To initiate gift order exchange, please go through the Return Portal and click the “Start gift return here” button. Fill out the needed information on the next page. We can only allow gift exchanges if the item was purchased from us, so an order number or the buyer's information is needed for us to pull up the order history.
Once the order is located, our customer service will reach out to the gift recipient and assist with the gift exchange.
Please Note:
The original buyer will not be informed if the recipient initiates a gift exchange.
Spam
Return authorizations emails may get marked as spam or promotional emails. If you do not receive a response on your return request within 24 hours, make sure you check all email folders before submitting another request.
