Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days.* If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*Extended holiday return/exchange policy: orders placed from Nov. 1st - Dec. 25th are eligible until January 31st.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • "Oops" products (email us for an exchange for sized items only)
  • Subscription boxes (email us for an exchange for sized items only)
  • Bundles (email us for a entire return or exchange on sized items)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

 

If you are having any issues or questions about your return or exchange, feel free to email us at [email protected] with subject "ATTN: RETURNS/EXCHANGES." In the email, please include:

      1. Your order number
      2. What item you are wanting a return or exchange on
      3. The reason for your return/exchange, and any issues or questions you may have.

Please do not send any returns/exchanges without first receiving a RMA# in your email. If you do not submit a return request and receive authorization before sending your return, we will need to refuse the package and it will be returned to sender. 

Return authorizations emails may get marked as spam or promotional emails. If you do not receive a response on your return request within 24 hours, make sure you check your all email folders before submitting another request. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns may take up to 10 days to approve before the refund is issued. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund amount (minus shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a gift card within a certain amount of days.

Instant Credit
After placing a return, you may receive instant credit/store credit of your refund amount to use immediately on another dermovitalia purchase. The unused amount for another purchase will be refunded once the return is processed.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items and Mystery Bags (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items including Mystery Bags are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged (unless damaged or defective).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only pay for shipping on items both ways if they are defective or damaged. Instant exchanges can be made as soon as you send in your request. On certain occasions, your exchange may be processed before you send back your return item.

Gift Returns/Exchanges
You will only receive store credit for any returns or difference of exchange if the amount is less for the new item being exchanged.


Shipping
To return your product, make sure your product is sent to Rheinboldtstraße 15, Biedermannsdorf, 2362 Austria, (+43)3069802652. Shipping address will differ if returning a Bucket List Water Bottle.

Note that shipping costs will be deducted in your refund for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are free for exchanges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we receive a package with no printed email receipt, we will email you regarding your package. If we do not hear from you within 10 business days, your order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and you will be refunded 50% of your original order. 

In Person Purchase for Return/Exchange
If you would like to make a return or exchange of an item you purchased at one of dermovitalia's events, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return/Exchange from [Insert Event Name Here]"

 

International Return/Exchanges

We cannot start returns or exchanges for international orders outside the US. If you would still like to start a return you will be required to self-return your items at your own cost. Refunds on your original order will be issued upon the item's return, excluding any custom fees, or shipping costs needed for the items to be shipped back to us.
